CARF is an independent, nonprofit organization focused on advancing the quality of our services in support of our ability to meet the needs and provide the best possible outcomes for our clients. CARF accreditation signals our commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback, and serving our community.

Sleep Train Foster Kids, a program of the Ticket to Dream Foundation™, a recognized 501(c)3 non-profit, was created in 2008 to make a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children in foster care. Through their program, they provide both in-kind and monetary contributions to non-profit foster care organizations like ours.

California Coalition of Foster Family Agencies (CCOFFA) was formed in 2006 with the intent of improving the foster care industry in California.  CCOFFA is a statewide, grassroots informational resource and political action committee committed to improving foster care, developing a stronger working relationship between the FFAs and CCL, supporting quality foster care for children, and creating as normalized a home environment as possible for the children in care in foster homes.

California Alliance is the unifying force in the charge to lead change and provide support for the state’s children, youth and families touched by the child welfare system. For those dedicated to improving the lives of these at-risk populations, the California Alliance stands apart as the champion and leading voice for organizations that advocate for children and families, and for advancing policy and services on their behalves.
